Thank you for supporting Blue Poppy Flower Co. We take great care in preparing and packaging your seed boxes so they arrive safely and beautifully. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Seasonal subscription boxes ship on a quarterly schedule, aligned with the start of each season.

During busy periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We do our best to keep shipping affordable while ensuring your items arrive safely.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

Please note that weather, carrier delays, and holidays may affect delivery times.

Subscription Shipping

Seasonal subscription boxes ship four times per year. You will receive an email notification when each box is on its way.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We can only make changes before your order has shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed to the carrier, delivery is out of our control. If your package is delayed, marked as delivered but missing, or appears lost, please check with neighbors or your local post office.

If you still cannot locate it, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right.

International Shipping

At this time, we ship only within the United States.
